Elvish is going to be brought before the judge soon. He will spend 14 days in judicial custody, according to the most recent reports. In the coming days, the Noida Police will want to be placed under arrest.

"Noida Police arrests YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav," stated an official tweet from ANI on X. The person scheduled to appear in court today is DCP Noida Vidya Sagar Mishra. Awaiting more information.

Five cobra snakes were reportedly recovered from searches that were carried out in Noida Sector 49 at the beginning of November. Snake venom was discovered there, and it was disclosed that nine additional snakes were also saved during the raid. The individuals that were detained adopted the alias Elvish during the course of the subsequent investigations."

Police officials said in February that samples taken from the party contained cobra and krait species of snake venom, according to a study from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL).

Elvish criticised the news coverage surrounding the developments in the snake poison case in a video that became viral at the time on social media. "Elvish Yadav, kaha tha rave party mein?" he was heard saying. The police are not very helpful. Though mostly to Bombay, plice ko toh nahi mila. PFA How to use Google to make sure you follow the rules? In a typical circumstance, this would be the case, but in a less common scenario, this would be the case. You demonstrate how to do it by showing that you are the main host and that you are having a rave party naachunga main."

Elvish was also questioned on November 7, 2023, in connection to the case. During his interrogation, Yadav claimed that snakes to the alleged rave party in Noida were supplied by singer Fazilpuria. A video of the YouTuber holding snakes also went viral on social media. However, Fazilpuria later clarified that the viral video was from one of his album shoots.

"The viral video featuring Elvish with a snake around his neck is the reason my name has been mentioned. Fazilpuria said India Today, "Maybe the cops questioned him about this and he claimed them it was from Fazil Bhai's album shoot.

Later, Elvish clarified himself on camera, stating that there was no evidence to support any of the accusations made against him. "Main khilaaf media mein, Maine subah utha aur dekha kaise kaise news phail rahi hai. "Jitne arop mere upar lage hai sab bebuniyad hai, fake hai aur ek percent bhi mein sachhai hai nehi hai," he screamed, threatening to sue Maneka Gandhi for slander.
