Make $30 /Hour doing online transaction jobs from home (WORLD WIDE) No experience required

Did you know that you can make good money online by just writing stuff on your computer? And no, I don't mean being a content writer or being a freelance writer or even writing a book. None of those things. I'm talking about being a transcriptionist. Now what? A transcriptionist. For those of you who don't know how it works, well, there are a bunch of transcription companies out here that are trying to connect you with other people who are trying to get their video or audio transcribed into text.

And so what they'll do is that they'll send over to you that video or text that they want transcribed. Then it's your responsibility, the transcriptionist, to type up what you hear and what they say and send it back to them. And obviously, this is exactly how you make money in the end with a transcription company paying you out for your hard work. I've actually read that there are some pro transcriptionists out there that are making upwards of $300 a week doing transcription jobs on some of these

websites. And the great thing about these transcription jobs, ah, are that a lot of them are accepting people internationally as long as you can speak English. And chances are, if you're watching this English speaking video, I'm pretty sure you can speak English. Some other great things are that these jobs are jobs that you can do working from home. You just need a laptop typing this stuff up. You also don't have to interact with anyone at all.

You don't have to get into a stupid Zoom call with a boss or anything like that. You also don't need much experience or skill, just mostly English comprehension and a reasonable amount of typing speed. And my favorite pro of transcribing is that you can work at your own pace. You're not on a schedule or anything, so you don't have to check in or check out of work. Now, given that info, today we're going to be going over five different websites where you can go and start becoming a transcriptionist

on and make money writing stuff up for other people. We're going to be going over some of the pros, the cons, and what your average pay is going to look like on each of these different websites. So let's get into it. Now. Number five on our list is going to be Rev.com, one of the classic places to either get your audio transcribed or become a transcriptionist to transcribe other people's stuff. You're going to see on the main page of Rev that they're actually trying to capture the audience of people

who want to get their stuff transcribed and captioned and they're charging people $1.50 per minute. Now this is actually a really fantastic rate to get for a transcriptionist to earn, but of course, you're not actually going to get exactly $1.50 per minute of transcribing. Let's see how much you'll actually be getting from Rev. So if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, it's going to be a little tricky to find.

But let's go all the way to the bottom and you can actually see that you can become a freelancer by going all the way to the bottom and clicking this become a freelancer button. So click on this and here's where it should show you where you can actually sign up to get paid to work for these guys. As you can see, like I mentioned before, they're really highlighting being able to create your own flexible work schedule, which is something that I mentioned earlier, where you're working at your own pace

and you don't have a schedule or anything and you don't have to clock in and out of work. So I love that they highlighted it here. They also mentioned that you get paid weekly and you get paid out in PayPal too, which is good enough for me. You can sign up right here. But if we actually keep scrolling down further, we can see that over here we can check out how much range of pay we're actually going to be getting for working these jobs.

As a transcriptionist, we can earn from thirty cents to one dollar and ten cents per audio video minute that you transcribe. Let's do some quick math over here on the high end of pay for $1.10. If you're fairly slow at transcribing and you can only transcribe about ten minutes while working for 60 minutes, that means your hourly rate of pay will be about ten to $11 an

But if you get better and better at ah, transcribing, eventually you might be able to hit around 15 to 20 minutes of transcribed audio or video per 60 minutes that you worked. And at this level of skill, you can be earning around $16 an hour or more, which is really fantastic. You can check out over here that the lower end of captioner actually pays a little bit higher, specifically because they're asking a little bit more of you.

Like for example, you need to be able to convey sounds and sync audio with video as well. So let's talk about some pros and cons for Rev.com. Like I mentioned earlier, they pay out in PayPal, but they only pay out in PayPal, which can be a very big con for a lot of people out here. And I've also heard from many people that because there's so many new people looking for work from home jobs nowadays, it actually takes a little bit longer for new people to get accepted into the Rev program.

So I've heard some reports from people that if you apply right now, it could take months for them to get back to you and tell you that you've been accepted to work for Rev. I've seen both good and bad notes, but overall I've seen that Rev is a pretty good place to make some steady income where most people are able to make at least a few hundred dollars a week while transcribing. Now, number four on our list is CrowdSurf or crowdsurfwork.com.

Now, CrowdSurf is actually a place where you can transcribe, but they'll make it a little bit easier for you, typically by giving you a more casual form of transcribing. And what I mean by this is that they're going to give you very short audio or video to Transcribe. So you don't have to go through a long process of transcribing. Something super huge you can see on their website. It actually shows you the perspective of being a transcriber and to join with them so you don't have to go through and

find where the application is. It's very simple. You can either get started in the United States or Canada or internationally. And this is one of the super huge pros of this website. You can indeed do this work internationally. So that means you can be almost anywhere in the world and still work with Crowdsurfwork.com. However, you still need to be fairly proficient at, uh, English because English is their primary language over here, which they want transcribed.

And of course, your typing speed is going to be very essential too. If we go to the application page for being in the US or Canada, we can see that the payment ranges from three cents to twenty cents per media minute. So as you can see right here, the payment is actually a little bit on the lower end, especially compared to the site that we mentioned earlier called Rev. However, where crowd surf actually excels, is that on CrowdSurf you actually get accepted into working with them fairly quickly and

typically much faster than, uh, if you were applying on Rev, you can get started making money much faster, bringing it back to the cons and the negatives about using CrowdSurf a lot of people don't like the user interface and they think that it's really poor and hard to use a website. Additionally, and this is a very big, big part, is that if you're working for CrowdSurf, you're actually competing with people who are working on Amazon MTurk, Amazon Mechanical Turk.

And the reason why this is important is because CrowdSurf actually hires people out from Amazon mechanical turk as well. So if the people on this website complete the jobs before you, you're actually going to have less things to transcribe on your end and make less money. In general, competing with other workers out here is never good in my opinion, and it always results in lower pay for everyone. So that's why this is a huge con of crowdsurf in general, though, some people consider Crowdsurf as one

of the best transcription sites that they've ever used. Moving on. Number three on our list is Speechpad.com. You can see on the website, it shows you the perspective of being a buyer. Instead, they got a lot of information on their website, but we're actually going to want to go ahead and if we want to apply to be a transcriber, a transcriptionist, we go all the way down to the bottom and you see this.

Interested in being a transcriber? Learn more about our team. So click on that and you can see that you can earn anywhere from, uh, twenty five cents to two dollarsfifty cents per minute that you transcribe. So the higher end that they're telling us is very, fairly high. Actually, over here. Of course, the probability of all of those jobs being on the higher end is not going to be very high, but it's still a very positive note to mention over here.

Similarly to Rev and a bunch of these other websites that are going to be mentioned, they're going to really try to reel you in by saying you can work whenever you want because it is such a huge pro of transcribing for these people out here. Contrary to these other websites, however, you are getting paid twice a week. So this is much faster frequency than other websites. But they will only be paying out through PayPal exclusively.

So if you think that's a con because you don't have a PayPal in a certain restricted country, I'm sorry, this website might not be for you. Some other cons about SpeechPad are that they actually are also in the same conundrum as Crowdsurf, where speechpad hires people from Amazon Mechanical Turk as well. So you're going to be competing with a larger pool of employees. Additionally, SpeechPad is one of those companies out here that also completely close off their applications if they just simply have

too many workers on the platform. So if you're coming onto the website in the wrong season, there's a very good chance that you may not even be able to apply to Speechpad at all. Unfortunately, number two on our list is going to be go transcript at ah, gotranscript.com. They have a very nice minimal website over here. But similarly to most of these websites, tHey're trying to market to the people who want transcripts for their video or audio.

So what do we have to do? Again, we're scrolling all the way down over here till finally we can see the join us as a transcriber. If we scroll down over here, we can see some, uh, fantastic statistics that they're going to give us. We can check out that they pay up to video or audio minute that we transcribe. So this again is slightly in the middle to lower end range of transcriptionist payment. However, I think it's really fantastic that GoTranscript.com shows us the statistics of how much people

usually on average earn per month, and at the highest end of earners as well. So you can see that people on average are earning $150 per month with GoTranscript just doing this thing casually. But the people who are really actively working on GoTranscript can be making up to $1,200 with this website, so that's pretty cool. Gotranscript does actually pay through both PayPal and Payoneer, so your bases should be covered on payment.

And they accept people from all different kinds of places. This is a website that accepts people internationally. And why is that? Well, it's because they have a bunch of different languages over here where they need transcriptions for. So if you're not in the United States, you should still be able to work with this company and make a fair bit of money. Now, for number one on our list, I'm fairly certain I've saved the best for the last, because this is probably one of the very best transcription

sites that I've found out here. I've seen a lot of reports of some people saying that they've casually made $50 daily using this site. But then there are some veteran people out here that are saying some transcriptionists are making $20 to $50 an hour using this website. That's pretty huge money, folks. So on the three play media website again, it's going to be tailored to people who want their stuff transcribed but if you want to actually apply to be a transcriptionist, a transcriber, go ahead and

scroll all the way down. The trick that we do all the time, and there's nothing very obvious that you can see on the screen, but you can click on this job section, actually, and then click on the freelance transcriptionist job. Some really cool things you can see over here is that you can actually be either an English transcriptionist or a Spanish transcriptionist. Two of some of the most popular languages out there.

So although they don't have as many languages as gotranscript, they at least have two very huge ones. A big pro of using a website like this, and one of the reasons why I consider this as one of the best transcriptionist sites I've actually found is simply because it typically pays much higher than a lot of the other sites on here. Like I mentioned earlier, there are some people making $50 daily or even $50 hourly using this website.

Some people working for them for fairly long amounts of time have actually reported that they could earn around $20 an hour while working with this website. And additionally, you also get paid weekly, which is fairly standard as seen with some of the other transcriptionist websites out here. Another pro of three play media as well is that you can get accepted fairly quickly into working with them. The application process takes around 15 to 20 minutes, and after that they should be able to see if you're

a good fit with them. Let's, uh, talk about the cons. However, although I did say that this is probably one of the better sites on this list, there are some points to make note of. One huge glaring con of this website is that there is actually slightly less work on here than other websites. The reason for this being that because they pay you guys more, the transcriptionist, they also have to charge the people who want their stuff transcribed higher as well.

And uh, because they charge other people higher, they end up getting slightly less business. So that's a trade off of getting paid higher on this website. Sometimes you won't get as many jobs as you'd want. By the way, folks, if you guys appreciated me compiling this list for you guys, and being super transparent about the pros and cons of each of these websites, I'd definitely appreciate a like on this video.
