14-Day Challenge for Upper Body Blast


 About this challenge

Try this 14-day upper body blast challenge to tone and gain muscle in your shoulders, back, and arms. The exercises are made to maximize muscle growth and stimulate the development of lean muscular mass. Start day one by following along to tone your upper body and increase your stamina.

Day 1

Greetings and welcome to your 14-day challenge to blast your upper body. Watch a daily exercise video to develop, tone, and shape the muscles in your upper body. We're going to undertake a medicine ball challenge today to demonstrate that you don't need a lot of equipment to work out well.






Day 2

Day 2: We're doing an additional 10-minute upper body training today. You must choose a set of dumbbells appropriate for your skill level. Increasing your upper body strength will help you protect your back and perform daily duties more easily.



Day 3

Great work so far! Day 3 consists of another 10-minute dumbbell challenge. This one is designed to work your entire body with just one piece of equipment. Grab a set of dumbbells that suits your level and get ready to get sweaty!


Day 4

Let's get those arms toned! We will be working on the triceps and biceps, two arm muscles, during today's 10-minute workout. I'm hoping you're prepared for the fire. Take hold of some dumbbells and press the play button!





Day 5

I bet your arms still hurt a little from yesterday? Today we have a workout for your back and shoulders. You will need a resistance band and a Kettlebell or small weight. It’s great to mix it up with different equipment and this one will show you two new pieces you can use in the gym.

Day 7
Feeling rejuvenated after taking a day off? Now let's return to the exercises for the upper body with this 20-minute arm and core routine. This will round out the challenge's first week. Amazing job finishing the first week.




Day 8

Let's kick week 2 off with a full body workout. This 15-minute session consists of just 5 exercises, but don't be fooled, you will still feel the burn in every part of your body. Grab a set of dumbbells that suit your level and get ready to go.


Day 9

Are you prepared for an intense, quick-paced workout? Today's dumbbell workout, which lasts 20 minutes, is all about compound movements. Compound exercises are excellent for using several muscles at once and frequently resemble natural motions.


Day 10

Today we take on the Kettlebell! Using this one piece of equipment we can destroy the core muscles while building the rest of the body’s muscles. This 25-minute workout will allow you to try new movements and learn how to use a great piece of equipment.

Day 12

Day 12, we do not have long to go so over the next 3 days I want you to give everything you've got. Today we have a 30-minute arm workout that will for sure make you feel the burn. No equipment needed so just find a space and press play!


Day 13

Would you like to enjoy yourself? This workout is exactly what you need. We practice a combination of dance and martial arts for thirty minutes. The trainer is a lot of fun and will make sure you get the greatest workout possible while having a wonderful time.


Day 14

You've reached the very end! Well done for making it to day 14 out of 14. Wonderful work! This final class will train the entire body and tone the arms through boxing exercises. If this challenge was enjoyable for you, I hope you will be able to join me on another one soon.
